Rebekah Bingell

ADHD Coach | Advocate for Neurodivergent Moms & Kids

Hey Sunshine!  I’m Rebekah — a passionate ADHD coach, neurodivergent mom, educator, and community builder. I was diagnosed later in life, and like many women, that diagnosis came with a mix of relief and grief. It helped me understand myself on a whole new level and sparked a deep commitment to helping others feel less alone in their own journeys.
I hold degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and spent 17 years working with children — experience that continues to shape how I support neurodivergent families. I’ve spent the last 3 years deeply involved in the neurodivergent community and am working on completing my ADHD coaching certification.

My heart is especially with ADHD moms — because let’s be real: being a mom is already hard, but being a neurodivergent mom? That’s a whole different level. The guilt, the sensory overload, the mental chaos — it’s a lot. And too often, we carry it silently. I’m here to help change that.

I believe in practical, compassionate support that meets people where they are. Community isn’t just important — it’s essential. And I’m honored to be part of one that values authenticity, encouragement, and real connection.
